With 34+ years of experience in training, athletics, and coaching HS Sports (Football & Lacrosse) Coach Morgan blends proven experience in programming with a person first coaching style. From beginners building their foundation to high-school and collegiate athletes chasing peak performance, he’s spent the last decade helping Morgantown get results.

His philosophy is simple: Fitness is Personal. Strength is Earned. Community is Everything.
